Exploring Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Beach Living
Twelve miles of white sandy beaches bordering the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Hilton Head Island beaches is beyond normal living quality and, with the quantity of things to do, makes the perfect place to both visit and live. One can't possibly understand the beauty that lies in Hilton Head Island.
All courses run through both thick pines,gorgeous beach overlooks and beach skylines. With 24 courses on the island alone and 40 in the surrounding area, you can be sure you'll never be bored hitting the ball. Hilton Head Island is home to some of the best golf in the world. Tennis is also big on the island with many championship grass and clay courts.

This island is about food...and lots of it! With over 250 places, you will never go unsatisfied. If I had to pick a favorite place to chow down, it would have to be It's Greek To Me for their Spanikopita (if I'm in a hurry) or Jaxx for the oysters if I'm dining in. In all honesty, I don't think I've found a place I wouldn't visit again.
Hilton Head nightlife for such a small island has a urban feel combined with small town warmth. A personal favorite of mine is Wild Wing Cafe, but any of the local bars will entertain. And if your night out doesn't involve partying, a calming walk on the beach guided by the white of the moon and the breaking waters of the water can be just as invigorating.

A bike ride across the island will give you the best tour you can have on Hilton Head. Under the palm and pine trees, you will experience the varieties of shopping, steamy beaches, pleasant people, and plentiful rentals. It can even be the perfect setting for a shore wedding and definitely a great place for the little ones. You can't move through the island without running into a bike trail.
With an obsurd amount to do and an obsurd amount to view during a stay, you will just have to come back again and again. Over 2 and a half million people to the island the summer months must agree. Hilton Head Island is one great area to visit and an even better area to live.
